Articulate Storyline Project

Branching Questions

I created this project in Storyline to show how branching questions can be used to create an engaging and immersive story. This project uses triggers and variables to create both temporary and persistent states, and the story loops back onto itself multiple times. It can be followed indefinitely, with no defined end point. All layers are set as dialog layers to enable accurate text to speech with screen readers. This project can be viewed full screen here.

Articulate Rise Project

Accessibility

I created this project in Rise to help faculty and staff learn more about accessibility. It focuses on elements that are crucial to users with accessibility challenges but that also benefit able-bodied users. This includes captions, color contrast, heading styles, and font choices, among others.

Note: The orange was the required brand background color.

Embedded within the Rise project toward the end is a self-check made using Articulate Storyline, with both triggers and variables. This project can be viewed full screen here.

Articulate Storyline Project

Accessibility

This self-check element was created in Storyline as a way for users of the above Rise module to self-evaluate. It was embedded within the Rise project toward the end. This Storyline self-check includes triggers and variables in order to provide progressive hints and explanations of both correct and incorrect choices.
